REPLACEMENT DEBIT CARD POLICY

After initial debit card is issued, if lost or misplaced or abused:

o $20.00 replacement fee
o $15.00 administrative fee

After 5 replacement cards:

o $50.00 replacement card fee
o $25.00 administrative fee

After 10 replacement cards:

o No cards will be issued for 6 months

If a PIN has to be replaced:

o $20 replacement PIN fee
o $10 administrative fee

FEES:

Overdraft: Insufficient Funds $25.00 for each overdraft
Transfer of Funds (Can call in and transfer from savings to checking): No Charge

Overdraft Protection (will transfer money from savings to checking to cover a check): $5.00

Stop payment: $10.00
Copies of Drafts: $10.00

Bank Cheque: $3.00
